The first thing President Cruz should do is to create a Civil Rights Division within the BATF the same as they have in the FBI. Only instead of enforcing anti discrimination laws the BATF Civil Rights Division would enforce anti 2nd amendment violations at the state, local and even business level.

Good for the goose is good for the gander. We need to learn to play the game the way they do.

That is an excellent idea, and I hope he will do exactly that in his first few days in office.
