Go to any range anywhere in WA, and wait for the dad’s to show up with their kids. Make your arrests there, as soon as the kid fires down range with the .22.
That’s how bad this law is.
They don’t even have to send one down range. Supposedly just them handling it is enough. I’ll be corrected gladly if I’m wrong.
