Obama can do a whole lotta somehting by fiat. Now normally that would be a bad thing for most Presidents because the opposition would seek impeachment for the sake of the country.
0bama has the fewest number of vetoes since James Garfield. Reid has pretty much locked up the senate for 0bama the last several years.
I’m too lazy to research this, but is the president compelled by law to sign or veto an item passed by the House and Senate, or can he just let it languish on his desk in the same way hairy roid did with all those items passed by the house?
And if the president is compelled to act, must he do so within a specific time frame?
No. Do not send ANY bills to Obama. Send Articles of Impeachment to the Senate.
