to individual users yes.
if you have a business licensing contract with microsquish i would think they will hold you to the contract. unless they are making across the board exceptions, but i would doubt it. because generally they have hard upgrade paths in these large businesses to run on thousands of computers, and the prices they negotiate already reflect discounts for large enterprise wide licensing.
