We put rabid animals down when they act in such a way. We need to star doing it with people too, lest the gene pool is brought down to the lowest common denominator.

Aren’t “Charter” schools supposed to be for the “best and the brightest” to make sure they get the chances they “deserve”? It’s not working out well!
