Can Ferrari stand on its own?
No.
Porsche could not survive on a volume of ~100k units.
Ferrari sells 7k units per year.
One of the German companies will end up with it.
VW already has Porsche, Bentley, Bugatti, and Lamborghini, but Ferrari would be far more valuable.
If you have to ask, you can’t afford to own it as a separate company!
