Salmoriglio sauce. Never heard of that so a quick search. That sounds good. I’ll have to try that.
My recipe:
1/4 cup thyme leaves,
1/4 cup oregano leaves
1/4 cup marjoram leaves
1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves
4 garlic cloves, pressed
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 lemon, zest of
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon white pepper
one clove
½ teaspoon cayenne
Place everything in a blender and blend until smooth. Refrigerate and serve cold with anything. Great on BBQ chicken. Cheers.
