Well there’s your problem. Too many windows on the danged thing. If you want structural integrity, go with a cylinder, and beyond a certain mass, just hollow out an iron/nickel asteroid or small moon.

NASA TV now showing flaming debris all around the pad. Two of the four lightning towers surrounding the pad were destroyed.
NASA announced there will be a news conference coming. The crew on the ISS has been informed of the launch failure.
The Russians are going to be launching a Progress cargo ship very early tomorrow morning Eastern Time.
