Turn your computer off and then back on again.

If you are using wireless and DSL, you may want to switch them off and on again. This will change your IP. I have that problem on occasion with my DSL service.

Also if there are other networks in range someone could be using the same frequency. My computer and streaming vid were locking up a lot. I called Comcast and they switched frequency of my modem-router, problem solved.
