I think I figured that out.
My objection is to the chain itself. I don’t like to see any dog on a chain. They should be kept in an area enclosed by fencing, either structural or an “invisible” fence, OR trained to stay on their property.
And yeah, I’m one of those “dog people.”
I’ll bet you the chain is the least of that dog’s worries right now.
