After he was savagely tortured to death, the truth came out. He was just a lonely moron, reading porn mags in his car, drinking beer, and was arrested when he got out of the car, to take a leak. Happened behind the supermarket where my daughter worked. He certainly needed to be prosecuted, but not worthy of a jailhouse death penalty.
