I’m guessing 1971 due to grill. 1973 chrome wrapped up higher toward the hood.

When I looked at the car, I was thinking early '70s.

When I looked at the chick, I was thinking late '80s. Big hair.

On the other hand, she looks a bit like Jacqueline Bisset, who was huge in the late '60s and early '70s, but had dropped out of sight by the '80s.

Definitely ‘70s. The woman’s hair isn’t remotely “big” enough for ‘80s ad-copy.
