Does NY have a law against having a hachet?
I went to a tea party Independence Day event in a theater and the sponsor, one of our conservative radio hosts, said his radio station was giving him the axe, so he showed up with an axe, which he brought because the theater had prohibition against guns.
But they did not have one against axes. He asked someone to show the proper way to hand over an axe. The recipient grabs the bottom of the handle, you grab higher up, and so on, until you reach the head.
I bet they don’t know that in New York City, hence no need to ban them.
