Selected cities hold marathon races and to my knowledge the same rules apply for men and women (I could be mistaken). If the best woman finishes 10th or 20th or 30th, she gets crowned while some men ahead of that winner do not get recognized. I could be in error with all that since I don’t often follow those events.

There you go. I dont think the fems would appreciate it if the issue of sexism as it applies to Segregated sports gets some steam.
