The touchscreen ordering is the difference, not the changing of toppings. I’ve never been denied holds or additional items at McD’s or at any other hamburger restaurant I’ve been to.
I don’t think I would like to touch a screen that so many others have touched before me. Bring sanitizer with you!! Ick!!!
