It would be interesting to know if the patient was gay, and this was a cruel joke. If so, the instigator should be fired. And it just may be too embarrassing for the patient to return to the workplace. If the patient is a big, husky, hetero guy said patiente should just punch out the lights of the instigator and be done with it.
