This suit is just the warmup act. You’ve still got JVP vs. ncaa, Spanier vs. freeh, and I would expect numerous defamation suits filed by JVP’s attorneys.
That said, I want Rodney Erickson under oath as much as I want emmert under oath. I want John Surma deposed as well. He somehow (w/ corbett’s help no doubt) took over the university and cancelled JVP’s press conference, then fired him. Corbett got Spanier. Surma wanted JVP.
