So the Chinese and Russians both have vaccines before we do. Could it be that they have weaponized ebola, and wanted to defend themselves in case of accidental release?
Except it’s not a vaccine. It’s a drug.
(most of our vaccines and drugs are also manufactured in China)
Both countries have active biowarfare programs. They also are likely to possess antidotes or serums to the diseases.
Neither the Chinese nor the Russians have released information about developed vaccines for ebola.
They have both released the news that they have developed small molecule drugs that will be used to treat those infected and possibly prophylactically treat their contacts.
Small molecule drugs (ibuprofen, metformin, statins, etc) are not the same thing as vaccines (cervarix, gardasil, mmr, etc).
I’ve read that American companies first test their drugs in China because it’s cheaper to do it on prisoners who can be controlled better. This prevents them from starting tests here which will fail as the tests here are more expensive and their failure can’t be kept secret.

Wow! I had no idea!
Available at Wally World?
Is it derived from the blood of snakes or parts of scorpions?
;-)
It’s nothing that 2 parts ground rhino horn, and 1 part dried tiger penis can’t fix.
