It’s called “My Living Doll.” From around 1964
Most of the original film element of the series apparently got trashed, so for a while it was considered almost a “lost” series. But prints of about ten or so episodes were culled together, and it was put out officially on dvd a couple of years back.
Fun, silly stuff.
