I just don’t know. My relative was positive in her facts. Her cousin knows this guy, he lives there and went back to visit relatives in Liberia. This is usual behavior for Africans, although they also visit relatives here, from their country.
But a one month trip???? I don’t know about that, it’s horrendously expensive and they just don’t go for a month. Too short, too many relatives to visit.
But why would the gov’t be pretending that he lived there? I don’t put it past them, I just can’t figure out the angle.
yes, am not certain either. There has been generous amounts of misinformation (aka not the truth) in regard to what is being said. What is not being said is a much larger portion of any news in most instances (imho). So much to be verified and so little is verified. I too am guilty of not verifying or being unable to verify most things I type. Wish was different and sources were accurate but the one thing the news never does and would be most certainly a help if the news would run a banner of we (at the this news site) state opinions and the facts are these but that will never happen because politicians want people to believe anything the news states. The banner should be constantly run on all news organizations (as these are the facts everything else is an opinion) but never will be. In most every news report there are normally few to no facts. Is all an opinion piece normally but you know that anyway so you are one that is not being fooled.
