Africans don’t spend thousands of dollars to come here (or go there) for a month. They typically spend many months when they travel one way or the other.
I do not know ... Lots of rumors and information that may not be related to Duncan but is strange the information is being withheld especially if Duncan actually was planning to fly out of DFW on October 19th. I would think that information could be released as to being accurate or not and whether or not the ticket was a round trip ticket.
