Those Buick Century two door sedans were borrowed from the California Highway Patrol, but they had a falling out with the series in 1956, so they got a Buick Super four-door hardtop, with a trailer hitch to haul their equipment to the shooting location. After the series was over, I bet they wished they could have had big block Ford Fairlanes, which came out in 1961.
