She had no credentials for Bush to place her on the court; however none of us know how she would have voted. But she didn’t get on the court, and instead we got Roberts. Harriet might have been better, lol. However, with Dems in control of Congress and the WH, you no exactly what you will get, and it ain’t going to be good, I guarantee it.
