There is an explanation. Our fearless leader WANTS to bring Africans into the USA for treatment. In his “mind”, it’s unfair for Africans to have the disease and for Americans to not have it.
So he has deliberately refused to close the borders to people from infected countries. Intentionally, with full knowledge and awareness of the consequences.

The Hajj is going to be an irresistible target for Iranian agents to want to spread Ebola to Sunni pilgrims. The primary target, of course, is to overthrow the Saudi regime by making them look incompetent in running Mecca and Medina.
This is a pretty good bet, because the Iranians have tried murderous stunts during the Hajj, before. Usually suicide missions.

The purpose of the “Bring Out Your Dead” ping list (formerly the “Ebola” ping list) is very early warning of emerging pandemics, as such it has a high false positive rate.
So far the false positive rate is 100%.
At some point we may well have a high mortality pandemic, and likely as not the “Bring Out Your Dead” threads will miss the beginning entirely.
