There was a woman whose husband physically abused her, way back in 70s I think, and when he went to sleep she sewed him up in the quilt and took a baseball bat and beat him to death.

Willie Nelson told a nearly identical story to Tom Snyder on the Tomorrow Show back in the 70's. Claimed his ex did it to him. Was not fatal obviously.

Well let me put it this way, Willie Nelson is not very appealing to women like me, so sewing him up to get a good nights sleep I could believe. Letting him live, well it would be easy to just wait until ‘On the road again, just can’t wait to get back on the road again...” comes back around...lol
