Many years ago I had an ectopic pregnancy that ruptured, severe internal bleeding. Was fine one minute, then pop! By the time my husband raced me to hospital, with police escorting us, I was wildly ripping my clothes off because I felt like I was on fire! I don't remember it all but Drs told us, five more minutes and I would have died. So maybe she had internal bleeding, not from drugs, no bath salts, no nothing and it came from nowhere. I don't know why I had to get my clothes off so badly but I showed up practically naked which I would never, never do. But I did???? Very embarrassing even to this day...

So glad you made it in time.
People dying of frostbite will often take off their clothes also.
One time I got extremely dehydrated — but in cool conditions — and took off all but my shorts. They took me to the hospital and like you I wasn’t really all there mentally.

“Bath salts often make people undress. I have no idea why.”
I’ve always taken my clothes off before taking a bath, doesn’t everyone?

The skin gets sensitive and extremely hot. PCP does it and people get consistently nekid. Other things will do it too, but drugs mess with the inhibitions so they doff the clothes more often.

A security guard handcuffed her? In Florida, unless the SG were an off duty cop that SG would be headed for jail and a very large civil judgment against him and his employer.

Bath salts is the street name for a designer drug that caused some people to go bat...crazy. People acting like zombies including eating other people, naked crazy behavior etc. It was pretty nasty until the word got around it was “bad”.
It used to be sold over the counter at head shops, like designer drugs, the laws had trouble keeping up so it remained legal for a while.
Hope that helps.
