I am well over 45.
And I have no grandkids near me to fix the woes of my computer experience.
What I do have is an ability to use a search engine like Google, Bing, Ask, Yahoo or so many others.
And almost every time my searches take me to YouTube videos in which young people have taken the time to explain how to fix problems simply and for free.
There is no excuse today.
Those who clutter up a news thread with woe is me comments should learn how to fix their problems without acting like crybabies.
