How about a squadron of BUFFs and a few C-130s with MOABs? Make them sit around their campfires for the next 30 years talking about how they never want the US that pissed at them again, and beating the crap out of any hotheads that suggest it.

You seem to forget the many ‘American’ ISIS members swimming in an ocean of ‘peaceful’ muslims as a recruiting source, right here at home.
These cannot be “reached” with C-130’s and can stay hidden for years.
