Isn’t that the truth? That tile in the kitchen and bath is so old it reminds me of the tile in the house I grew up in! lol The lot is pretty and the view is really nice - but other than that it is a tear down and rebuild.
I agree. My guess is the lot is probably worth 5 million even if it were just grass.
