Things are good. Finally got the side door painted; thought the recoat times were 2hrs instead of 4 so that delayed things. I gotta say, and I’m curious as to your experience...I put down grass seed and had germination with up to 1/2” of growth in 4 days. 4 days! I’m never seen that before.
That grass seed sounds great! We only have experience with winter rye grass seed, which goes gangbusters after you plant it and keep it watered. Otherwise, down here, we have only laid sod—St. Augustine, Centipede, Bermuda or Zoysia. We used to order sod by the truckload and would wear ourselves out laying. It’s rough work.
