On Friday, someone stole one of our debit card numbers and made a couple of charges in Memphis. One was at a hamburger joint, and the other was at a convenience store. Both totaled less than thirty dollars. I caught it Saturday morning and cancelled both debit cards. Thankfully, the hits on the account were pre-authorizations and not actual debits, so the bad guys got their burgers and beer, but the merchants, when they run the debits will eat them.
That’s our big news for the week. Keith smoked a butt yesterday for the Bama game, so we’re having leftovers tonight.
