Isn’t it a violation of the law to threaten to commit a crime? I mean, if I go into a store and tell a clerk, “Guess what, I’m going to rob you tomorrow,” isn’t that a crime?
Communicating threats is a crime here. Don’t know about MO or other states.
No, it’s different if you are doing it in support of social justice.
