Oh man! The ribs sound so good!
I haven’t done much canning this year. I’ve been picking raspberries every day. We have enough in the freezer for Mr S to make his raspberry cordial and I can make a batch or two of raspberry jam and raspberry syrup. The peach crop was a bust this year, so no peach jam. We’ll be going for apples in a couple of weeks. Haven’t had pears in a long time!
Its too early to be drooling this much!
I was going to buy some strawberries and try to make a “jam” using chia seeds as the thing to make it “gel” - if that makes sense.
I can’t wait to get my garden set up next year. :)
