C2C is ok. We get the podcasts for the entertainment, but George Noory keeps a tight wrap on anybody who criticizes obama. He cuts them off and/or changes the subject as soon as anybody even REMOTELY criticizes the Dear Leader! I’m not sure he’s an obambi supporter, but he’s afraid of ticking off his lefty listeners. I did notice that, on the nights when John B Wells was hosting, the normal people would call in. I always enjoyed when he was the host.
He should be going off about the RECORD sea ice in antarctica. Drudge has it up. IIRC just the extra ice is bigger than all of Australia. The sat pic is amazing.
Going to check on C2C later today. It may be on during the week but that doesn’t help me.
Scottish independence vote Thursday. Not sure whee I stand. The country is so socialist Robert the Bruce and William Wallace must be spinning in their graves.

You mentioned Robert the Bruce; On my dad’s side, my great-grandmother was a Logan. The family tale is that two of the Logan brothers escorted the heart of Robert the Bruce from the Holy Land. Who knew!

All those ME immigrants should go to Iceland. Out by Bardarbunga infact...or int the shadows of Askja. Those areas NEED habitation stat.
Btw, the caldera of Bardarbunga has SUNK dramatically, so the big explosion and ensuing flooding that WILL happen (too much heat, so2, molten rock under that glacier) will be wx affecting ( according to the threads I’ve been reading). Travel WILL be disrupted (but they is the least of problems). Iceland will flood badly; and the atmospheric toll won’t be good.
With the very tormented logic of the vote in Scotland, I wonder if Thursday will be Bardarbungas “day.”

I used to enjoy Noory, but his near rabid “nothing said against Dear Leader” policy, wrecks his show. Every pResident deserves criticism (part of the job) even the historic ones.

I don’t listen as much as I did. The show is repetitive. They rehash the same UFO/Shaman/Ghosty stuff with the same guests over and over again.
Oh and then there is a FR thread about a NYT review of a new hot play in NYC. You’ll have to find the thread, I lost it and am on the tablet.
Anyway the play is Dry Land and is set in a girl’s locker room. One girl asks another to sit on her, punch her and do all sorts of things so she looses the baby she is carrying after accidentally getting pregnant.
It is drawing RAVE reviews.

When I woke up yesterday, poor hubby was bundled up in the living room, with his stocking cap on. It was 59 in the house - I turned on the heat - I’m the one who is always warm, but I felt pity for him being so cold.
Did you see Weatherbell Saturday? Yup, a repeat of last year with maybe a bit less snow for us but colder!
But dear leader is arming them to defeat them. Only a leftist wacko could say that with a straight face.
