Conveyor belt sushi has been around for decades. About 10 years ago, I saw the concept applied to Dim Sum in Yokohama.

Heck, it goes back to at least the 1960s. I remember a movie scene of dishes moving along in a deli (NYC?) or the like.

Can't remember anything else about it.
