oscar Pistorius, the South African Olympian who shot and killed his girlfriend on Valentines Day last year, was found "negligent" in the killing Thursday, but was acquitted of murder charges before the court recessed for the day without a full verdict..
Pistorius bent over and sobbed. At the hearing's lunch break, relatives and supporters crowded around him, and his uncle, Arnold Pistorius, one of his closest mentors, hugged him fervently.
The rulings stunned many South Africans, including legal analysts, igniting speculation that Judge Thokozile Masipa had made a mistake that could provide a basis for an appeal.

Yeah, he knew damn well who was in the bathroom, absolutely 100%. I mean come on, if I wake up and my wife is not in bed with me and I see someone is in the bathroom, there is no way in hell I am going to think “Oh it’s a burglar”, who is this guy kidding? But even putting that all aside, what is his evidence that a burglar was even in the house? What would give him that idea? Any sound of broken glass? Whispering voices? Where is the evidence that would make him think that his house was being robbed? There is no evidence, It’s all BS. Hey pulled a Ray Rice with her only he shot her, and this is a guy who shot off his gun before in a fit of anger.
You are most welcome. :)
Thank you. Seems to describe equate well the intellectual class (which is made up primarily of Democrats).

Whatever he does get as a sentence, unless he is in protective custody, he will be sought after to be seriously abused and killed.
If it does not fit you must acquit. OJ redux.
