Muslims are not stupid and won't waste their time and money doing something like this when they can get better photos off the internet and google earth.

But law enforcement and/or private security spend lots of time going after people photographing almost anything to include nuke plants, coal plants, refineries, sewage treatment plants, dams, federal bldgs, county courthouses, police dept bldgs, etc.

You can spend hours, days, and weeks looking at YouTube videos of such encounters.
