Economic geology, the geoscience of ore bodies, has a long history of success in finding and exploiting modern mines. What comparison is warranted with global warming which lacks any record of successful modeling? I'm familiar with economic geology in regards to uranium mining in Canada. It's not majik if it works, and that works.
