It's an elevated risk visited upon all the children who received the vaccines (which in the USA means practically all children) -- not just the children of whose who aborted their babies.

Still it has echoes of the Biblical curses, which were on whole generations. See Hosea 9:11-18 for a very sobering preview. Is this God being cruel? No, this is what God was warning us about: natural and logical consequences, taking the form of judgment. This is why He so urgently told us NOT to do it.
