Isn’t Lynn a third-world cesspool even before this summers invaders got there?

I haven't been to Lynn in years but during my last visit it was clear that the city would need 50 years of improvements to rise to the level of "Third World".

25 years ago Lynn was a dump, it would be hard to imagine a place in the United States much worse - but I’d guess 25 years of Massachusetts Democratic rule did just that.
