I had a check up on Friday, I managed to lose 6lbs. over the last three months with my surgery. My doc was amazed, saying that everyone gains weight. My A1C was way down and after the hospital was shoving insulin into me, I thought it would have been up. They had me paranoid about it. All in all, I am pretty healthy it seems. I need to seriously diet, though. Time to get into better shape for the next knee surgery.
