He doesn’t admit to being a Muslim but Obama wrote in his autobio that he ate dog once, and I don’t mean a hot dog.

Muslims aren't allowed to have contact with dogs (which are considered religiously unclean), let alone eat them. Pork and dog meat are on the list of prohibited (haram) foods.
