I have been sick for over a month and still don’t have my voice back.

I was sick like that beginning in June. When I finally started feeling better around the 3rd week, I completely lost my voice for a week and it took another 2-3 weeks for it to go back to normal. Very weird stuff.

Weird, indeed. I have NEVER been sick like this. It makes me worry about cancer.
