You did your research. That link and account of the rape explains Ms. Sulkowicz version of what took place among two “friends” who were inebriated at this fine university
But In the twisted world of Progressives innocent isn't innocent even after being proven innocent. The progressives will decide who's innocent and who's guilty.
I suppose thats what they mean by being a nation of laws vs a nation of men.
I wouldn't touch her with your...well, anyhow.
Theater of the Absurd
No College or University wants a record of rape incidents on their record.
Even if there is some valid proof of an attack, how do you think an internal inquiry board will rule?
“Gotta change”? Yep. But since colleges can’t tell their sluts - er I mean coeds to stop drinking and acting like sluts to stop - they have to pussyfoot around this rape issue as best they can.
By what? College Campus Fake Court? A real court? For what reason? Lack of evidence?
I don’t know much about her sexual morals, but she is definitely an attention whore. The fact that all three cases were dismissed (by a competent court, or the college disciplinary hacks?) makes one wonder about the validity of the charges. Three girls compare notes, and find out they are all “dating” the same guy so they find a way to get revenge maybe?
There was a post yesterday about FL officials reopening the alleged rape case involving that Jameis Winston, the Heisman recipient.
In the article, the woman has since transferred to a different school, but the alleged rape took place almost two years ago.
I'm going to go with "yes it was rape" on that incident, because Mr. Crab Legs can't seem to avoid illegal acts.
allegedly no drinking. Just sex turned violent. (It looks like the matter was handled by a college panel, not a court of law?)

Why seek justice from the University? Why not a real court?
Were criminal charges filed? If not, why not? If so, why were they dismissed?
PS If this was rape and not “morning after regret” (the definition of rape at some universities these days), then the rapist needs to be beaten to after (not within) an inch of his life...
She said “minutes in”... so they were having normal sex until he decided to sodomize her?
Visual Arts...? next thing you know she’ll be wondering why she doesn’t have a job. Worse yet, she’ll wonder how she’ll pay for that degree... in Visual Arts.
They weren’t “dating”, they were just having sex
Wow. Won’t post here, but how this gut is not in jail awaiting trial baffles me...
Future employer: Tell me again what your senior thesis was?
“He still is and has been since he allegedly assaulted Sulkowicz and two other female students.”
Three students? Unless the three of them got together to concoct this story, he should have his b@ll$ cut off and left to rot in a prison cell.
That makes the most sense
Can't be acquitted if you're not charged. The article says he was not charged.
