There is a market for it for kids with autoimmune diseases, celiac disease, diabetes (type-1) and autism. Not something that the average Joe will get into, but helpful for sick kids. Israel was doing studies on kids with severe food allergies and camel’s milk. The results were so stunning that it’s now considered ‘medicine’ in Israel and the kids are getting it.

I was wanting to get my hands on some for my son a few years ago. Right now, I hesitate to jump on this because all milk must be pasteurized in the US. If I recall, the Israeli studies showed that the milk had to unpasteurized and fresh to be effective. I’ll have to do more digging.

Would alpaca or llama milk have the same effect?
