Here’s a conspiracy for you. You claim a Freeper—your next door neighbor—invited you to join FR in order to share your expertise in diving. Since then you’ve posted a series of nasty wisecracks to Butter—things that not even long-term freepers would dream of saying.
So here’s the question. What does your next door neighbor think of your nastiness toward a long-time, and at least formerly monthly site-supporter [I don’t know about the current status, but that was the case for years]? Was this really the idea when you were ‘invited’?
I.e.: ‘Hey, neighbor, how about you join this discussion forum I belong to, so as to share your extensive diving knowledge on a particular thread that touches on the subject. Oh, and while you’re at it, why not make yourself look like a jerk by—as a total newbie—singling out a long-time member/monthly site-supporter, and accusing her of posting while drinking, etc.’

When I find someone who has bizarre theories, I follow them so they don’t mislead others into embarrassing themselves. The Fuddy theory was one of the most ridiculous things I’ve ever read, and tbh I’m fascinated that any brain could invent such a series of improbable events.
