these stray dogs are often vicious, and feral. Unless they were born in someone’s home and petted before being abandoned, they are not nice doggies. They attack kids, pets and backyard chickens. And every year here in the Philippines 600 people die of rabies even though a series of shots is only 20 dollars at the local clinics and the farm dogs can get free shots once a year.
Considering that most muslim men have rabies, I wonder why they’re not being rounded up and poisoned. I’d support that.
