22 grams of protein per serving. One of them cups and an apple I’m good to go. Yep, that was my lunch today. Chobani Yogurt is simply the best. Tried all the others, came back to Chobani. Their Strawberry Bannana is my fav.

The UN has stated that insects contain an extremely large amount of protein ... wonder if this isn’t one of their sneaky ways of getting you to eat more insects ... probably couldn’t really tell if they grind them up real well or for that matter Soylent Green might be an additive.
