If you are REALLY desperate for a tan, get one out of a bottle. I personally know quite a few people who have had tanning catch up with them, and they look 10 years older than they actually are. They also have to be on constant lookout for those “suspicious moles”. It’s the one that you don’t find that gets you.

If you don’t drink any milk AND avoid all sun, you can get a serious Vitamin D deficiency.

Don’t know if we are just genetically blessed. I can’t think of a single relative who has wrinkles or died of old age with anything but the barest of wrinkles.
I have however used womens skin care products since I was a teenager. There are now mens products but, they stink and I figure if a certain product is good enough for a woman “Heck, I’ll use it”.
I do think, however, I was an anomaly as a child in regards to eating habits. I love veggies. All of them, except for gross eggplant and the only way to fix eggplant is fry it, like okra.
