Except, this return was planned BEFORE he left on vacation. It is on his schedule.

I think the most reasonable explanation for a return to DC without a lot of his staff is that his daughter is getting ready to get her drivers license.

What's chilling here is that nothing in this article is impossible. Also chilling is that Russian intelligence warned Obama about the Tsarnov maniacs and nothing was done, so one would have to assume it's a real good source.
